Going Silver

How about us Vixens that have gone completely Grey. I am now a lovely
Platium color who gets compliments almost daily, I let it go natural about
3 years ago, and have never looked back. We have been sold a bill of goods
that color is better. AND, younger Guys love it! I would like to hear
from other Gals about their choice. I am 71, and do not look or feel
'old'.

Gray for me!

I love NOT spending and entire afternoon at the salon. I get compliments all the time and my hair feels better. It is fuller and thicker than when it was colored. Besides...gray hair shows experience! In what? I'll never tell!

White came back in after b-cancer...

I had colored my hair since 17 actually. It always seemed a mousy brown that wasn't complimenting my face. Well, I didn't want to color it after the chemo and radiation, so I didn't. I thought I finely get new baby hair - I'm not going to ruin it by more  chemicals. So, as it grew back, after I asked my daughter to shave it all off, I didn't put one drop of color in it. I'm 56 and have long silver/white hair with brown streaks on the under side by the neck. When I walked by the other day, I heard her say, "I never did like it colored, she looks great now."

Going Silver

I never got compliments on my hair until I let it go silver.  Now I get them all the time.  I don't look old, I look quite sassy!

Just completed my silver polish and it took about four months. I cannot believe what I look like and have received many comments. Its a shock for family but I feel wonderful and attractive. No more expensive salon jobs, just a great haircut.
Signed". Antique Silver, aka 74 and not counting.
